Terms of Service

By creating a Fitora account or using the Fitora website and application (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Fitora. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.

You keep ownership of the photos of your garments and of yourself that you upload. You grant Fitora a limited licence to store and process this content solely to operate the Service (wardrobe analysis, outfit generation, look previews). You confirm that you have the right to upload each photo and that it does not depict a third party without consent.

Outfit suggestions, style scores and generated visuals are produced by automated models. They are creative suggestions, not professional advice, and may contain inaccuracies. The generated visuals are approximations and may differ from the real appearance of your garments.

Fitora offers a Free plan, a Discovery plan and a Pro plan. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of outfit generations, which resets at the start of each billing period and does not roll over. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

You must not upload unlawful, infringing or sexually explicit content, attempt to reverse engineer the Service, resell generations, or use automated means to overload the Service.

The Fitora name, interface, design and software are owned by Fitora and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you no rights in them beyond ordinary use of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitora’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
