Privacy Policy

Fitora is an AI personal styling service. This policy explains what personal data we process and why. For any privacy request, contact privacy@fitora.app.

Account data (email address, name, authentication identifiers), content you upload (garment photos and, optionally, a photo of yourself), data generated by the Service (garment attributes, outfits, style scores, generated visuals), plan and usage data (credits remaining, generation history), and basic technical data such as log and error information.

To provide the Service (analyse your wardrobe, create outfits, render previews), to maintain your account and subscription, to secure the platform and prevent abuse, and to comply with legal obligations. Our legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interest and, where required, your consent.

Your photos are stored in a private storage bucket accessible only to your account. To generate analysis and visuals, photos are sent to AI model providers acting as processors on our behalf. We do not sell your photos and we do not use them to train third-party models for unrelated purposes.

We share data only with service providers necessary to run Fitora: cloud hosting and database, authentication and storage, AI model providers, and payment processing when you subscribe. Each is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting an item or outfit removes the associated files. Deleting your account removes your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (for example billing records).

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data, and object to certain processing. California residents may request disclosure of data categories and opt out of any “sale” of personal information — Fitora does not sell personal information. Email privacy@fitora.app to exercise a right.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to your storage folder is enforced by row-level security rules, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data accordingly.

Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Fitora is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
